Door Rollers, Hinges, Slat Covers Explained

Thumbnail, click for larger view	Foreground 140/220 rollers -  Plastic on steel shaft, Residential Use Behind 240/2100/3300  Shows ball bearing rollers, Commercial Use Note the Steel Hinge assemblies on the rear door.  ALL models are made the same solid way.  These doors won't spring closed after being pushed into stacked position.
Thumbnail, click for larger view	Slat Covers 240 Left, 2100 Center, 140/220 Right You can't see through these doors, 2100 cover a little heavier material for sound control.  And note top and bottom "ruffle" on 2100.  Each designed to "sweep" floor or ceiling and deaden sound "spillage" over or under door.
Thumbnail, click for larger view	Lead Post 240 Door Center, 140/220 Foreground 240 lead post doesn't show latch, but can carry thumb turn latch or variety of keylock units. 140/220  swept wing handle is molded plastic with magnetic latch only. Posts and swept wings are color coded to compliment the vinyl or veneer face you choose.
